Shipping Carriers

We primarily use UPS, FedEx, USPS for reliable, timely deliveries.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and shipping destination. Here’s how it works:

  • Spend Over $100 and Get Free Shipping! 
  • Standard Shipping
    • Cost:  calculated based on location/order size.
  • Expedited Shipping Options: If you offer faster options, list them with costs.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days in transit.
  • Expedited Options: Delivery times will be provided when you select this method.
  • Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

International Shipping:

  • Option 1: We currently only ship within the United States.
  • Option 2: We’re happy to ship internationally!
    • Costs and delivery times vary by country. Get a shipping estimate on the checkout page.
    • You may be responsible for additional customs fees or taxes.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

While rare, things happen! If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at queries@lovedayllc.com as soon as possible.
  2. We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
