We want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your Love Day LLC purchases. If for any reason you need to return an item, here’s what you need to know:
Return Timeframe
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligible Items
- Most unopened and unused items in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.
- Exceptions:
- Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Perishable food items are only eligible if they arrive damaged or expired (please contact us immediately in this case).
Item Condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- We cannot accept returns on items that appear used, damaged, or altered in any way.
How to Start a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- We’ll provide instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.
- Refunds are usually issued back to the original form of payment.
- Please allow up to +1 707-335-6355 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
- Note: In most cases, you’ll be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
